Sunday Nov. 4th:

12:00pm-2:30pm Yin workshop 

Ilene will start of the beginning of the workshop with Yoga Tune-Up and therapy balls for a fascial release, Jody will teach Yin yoga and the class will be accompanied by chanting and binaural beats with Dan, Jason Weinstein, and Jesse House.

2:30pm-4:00pm light refreshments and Open house.
