SourcePoint Therapy

SourcePoint Therapy® is a simple, non-invasive energetic approach to healing.  Its main premise is that our personal energy field exists within a larger matrix that connects us to the universal blueprint for health.

The goal of a treatment is to scan for blockages obstructing the flow of information contained in the universal blueprint, and to reconnect clients to it.  Once reconnected to the blueprint, clients who come in feeling anxious or stressed often leave feeling calmer, lighter, well-grounded, and more at ease.

Structural Integration

Structural Integration, aka "Rolfing", is based on the pioneering work of Dr. Ida Rolf. It is a multi-session series designed to balance your body along your energetic center line within the field of gravity. Fascia, or connective tissue, is the focus of this work. The fascia is slowly stretched, lengthened, and repositioned with the ultimate goal of reorganizing the complete body to its ideal structure as it was set in your original blueprint of health. This reorganizing process helps release life-long cumulative patterns of tension, stress, and postural challenges, as well as positively heightening awareness of the body. It's been effective in relieving chronic pain, and typically leaves a person feeling lighter and more energized for life.
